Q: Why Use Online Registration?
A: Online Registration streamlines the registration process for you as an administrator and offers a tremendous convenience for your registrants (parents & players)Back
Q: How do I become a league member? (Player, coach, ref and so on)
A: In order to become league member and be granted with the right user access, an existing league staff has to add you to the league first. You will then receive an invitation email with a temporary username and password. Just follow the instructions on the email to finish the registration process and become a league memberBack
Q: What roles are available for league members?
A: The available roles are: League manager, Division coordinator, Team staff, Player and a Referee. A league member might have more than one role in the leagueBack
Q: Why didn't I get the invitation email after added to my league?
A: Make sure that you were added with the correct email address. Also, check your 'Spam' directory to make sure the email did not end up there. If it did, right click on the email and select 'This is Not a Spam' to avoid this from happening againBack

Q: How can I get all my players on the site?
A: If you already have the list of your players in an excel file, please contact us at support@leaguefrontier.com and we will upload the information quickly and safely to the site. In less the a few hours you will be able to start forming teams, adding pictures, inviting coaches and players and start enjoying the great benefits the site has to offer.Back
Q: This looks great but how long does it take to set up everything?
A: Adding divisions, teams, staff and players, pictures and the rest of the data might seem like a very long process. However, League Frontier's unique design will allow you to generate a great looking site very quickly. Unlike in most sites, in League Frontier each league member gets a role which allows him or her to manage a specific area in the overall league site. Team work is what makes League Frontier a one of a kind.Back

Q: Why can't I remove or add a player to my team roster?
A: In a recreational league only division coordinators and league managers have the access to add, remove or transfer players from one team to another. Coaches can only view and edit contact information for players in their team.Back

A: Only after game scores get confirmed and finalized by the division coordinator, season standings and statistics will be affectedBack

Q: Why some of the games are not available for me to signup for?
A: Ref positions might not be available when:1. Other referee is already assigned to that ref position
2. You are qualified for that division (age group) and position
3. The division does require referees at games
4. Game is already over or more than 14 days ahead

Q: Do players have to register on the site?
A: Players are not required to register and to be league members. However, it is highly recommended. As league members, players will be able to:1. View team photos and player pictures

A: Team staff members have the choice to either allow or disallow players to upload team and player pictures to the siteBack

Q: Who can see our kids contact information?
A: In order to protect the privacy of each individual, all personal information: address, phone, email will be available only for coaches, division coordinators or league managers. Any other site visitor will be able only to see the person first name. Team and player pictures are only available for league members.Back
