How to join your league at the League Frontier site?

1. First, an existing staff member from the league has to add you to the league
2. You will then get an invite email with a temporary username and password
3. Please follow the instructions on the email and finish the registration process
4. Go to League Frontier's main page: www.leaguefrontier.com
5. Click on 'Member Login' on the top right corner
6. Enter your temporary member name and password and click 'Sign In'
7. Select a new username and password, enter the rest of the info and click Submit

Note: Since you were already added to the system, make sure to not click on 'Register Now' but on 'Member Login'

How to view my team's game schedule?

1. Login to League Frontier with you username and password
2. In the Â?My Leagues' page, click on your team name (Figure 1)
3. Click on the Â?Schedule' button to view your team schedule (Figure 2)
4. Click on Â?Click here for a printable version' to be able to print the schedule (Figure 3)

NOTE: Games can also be viewed from the league and season schedule

How to automatically generate a game schedule?

1. Login to League Frontier with you username and password
2. In the 'My Leagues' page, click on the league name (Figure 1)
3. Select the division you would like to add a schedule for (Figure 2)
4. Click on Schedule menu at the top right corner (Figure 3)
5. Select the number of rounds* and click submit
6. Click on 'Calc Date' to automatically set game day for each week (Figure 4)

* No of rounds are the number of times a team play any other team (usually two: Home/Away)

What's next?

You can now enter game time and field for each game.

NOTE: to avoid conflicts with other divisions, use the Field Scheduler screen to schedule fields and add game time.

How to schedule game locations?

1. Login to League Frontier with you username and password
2. In the 'My Leagues' page, click on the league name (Figure 1)
3. Click on Schedule menu at the top right corner to edit league schedule (Figure 2)
4. Set date range and any other filter as needed and click 'refresh'
5. Select game location from the list, set game time and click Save (Figure 3)

Use the date range and the 'Game Location' filter to view all games for a specific field on a specific day. This view will help you avoiding field conflicts.

What's Next?

Referees can now start signing in for games. Use the Referee Schedule page to view and update referees for games.

How to schedule referees for games?

1. Login to League Frontier with you username and password
2. In the 'My Leagues' page, click on the league name (Figure 1)
3. Click on Schedule menu at the top right corner to edit league schedule (Figure 2)
4. Select 'Official Scheduling' from the Screen Mode option list on top right corner (Figure 3)
5. Set date range and any other filter as needed and click 'refresh'
6. Select referee from the list for each game and position and click Save (Figure 3)

To save time and efforts, allow your referees to signing in for games using the system. You can always view and update referee assignment from this screen as needed.


NOTE: Upon referee re-assignment, an automatic email will be sent to the referee notifying him/her of the change.

How to confirm game results?

1. Login to League Frontier with you username and password
2. In the 'My Leagues' page, click on the league name (Figure 1)
3. Click on the Â?Schedule' button to view the league schedule (Figure 2)
4. Use the search filters on the top page (from date, to date, location, official and division) as needed and click refresh
4. To view all games to be confirmed, select status 'Not Closed' and click refresh (Figure 3)
5. Scroll down to the game you would like to confirm and click on Â?Enter Score' (Figure 3)
6. Confirm game score and referee attendance and click 'Submit' (Figure 4)

To save time and efforts, allow your coaches to report game scores using the system. You will still be able to confirm (or enter) game scores from this screen. You can also enter/confirm game scores from the division and the team schedule pages.

Why happened after I confirmed the score?

Only after you confirmed the game score it will affect season standings and statistics.

Can I change the reported score?

Absolutely. If the reported score was wrong, you can override it using this screen. Also, coaches can correct any reported score many times as needed.

Basic Rules:

1. A coach can report a game score only for games played by his own team.
2. After game got confirmed, coaches can no longer correct the score.

How to report a game score and ref attendance?

1. Login to League Frontier with you username and password
2. In the Â?My Leagues' page, click on the league name (Figure 1)
3. Click on the Â?Schedule' button to view the league schedule (Figure 2)
4. Use the search filters on the top page (from date, to date, location, official and division) as needed and click refresh
5. Scroll to the game you would like to report and click on Â?Report Score' (Figure 3)
6. Enter the game score. Make sure to enter host team on the left and guest team on the right (Figure 4)
7. If referees were assigned to this game, select Â?On Time', Â?Late' or Â?Absent' for each referee for that game (Figure 4)
8. Click submit (Figure 4)

NOTE: You can always correct the score by clicking on Â?Correct Score'

Basic Rules:
1. You can only report games played by your team
2. Only after game results were confirmed and finalized by the division coordinator, the season standings and statistics will be affected and will be recalculated
3. Only after game results were confirmed and finalized by the division coordinator, you can add scoring details for your team

How to enter scoring details for my team?

1. Login to League Frontier with you username and password
2. In the Â?My Leagues' page, click on your team name (Figure 1)
3. Click on the Â?Schedule' button to view your team schedule (Figure 2)
4. Scroll down to the game you would like to enter scoring details for
5. Click on Â?Set Scoring Details' (Figure 3)
6. Enter the information for your team and click Â?Submit' (Figure 4)

How to sign in for games?

1. Login to League Frontier with you username and password
2. In the 'My Leagues' page, click on the league name (Figure 1)
3. Click on the 'Schedule' button to view the league schedule (Figure 2)
4. Use the five search filters on the top page (from date, to date, location, official and division) as needed and click refresh
5. Scroll to a specific game and click on 'Sign Me Up' (Figure 3)
6. You can cancel yourself by clicking on the 'Cancel Me Out' button
7. If you will be removed from any game by the ref scheduler, the system will notify you via email about the change

Basic Rules:

1. You can only sign in for games within the next 14 days
2. You can not cancel yourself from a game 24 hours before game time


Why can't I see the 'Sign Me Up' button in one of the games?

Make sure:

1. You are logged in with your username and password
2. The game is not already over
3. It is not over 14 days before game time
4. You are qualified for that specific position (Center, Assistant, Half)
5. No other ref is already assigned to that position
6. This division (age group) requires officiating
